Carrie Schlegel has been in real estate since 2014 and has been everything from an assistant, independent broker, traditional team leader and brokerage owner.  You name it, it's a role in the industry she understands.

She was raised in Pennsylvania, went to Penn State University where she and her husband both were Environmental Resource Management and Engineering majors and spent a few years after college living in Colorado before relocating to Raleigh in 2003.  She stepped away from the corporate world to start and raise three daughters who are now 15,18, and 20.  Being a working mother isn't easy but Carrie was driven to be an example to her girls of having a successful career without sacrificing time at the big moments in their lives. Managing that schedule hasn't always been easy but pulling from her engineering background has helped her build a scalable and successful real estate career. One of her sources of pride is that her business has been completely referral based since the beginning and that speaks to her commitment to service with her clients. Carrie sells 25-40 homes personally and oversaw up to $70M of volume. It has always been important to her to keep a sustainable amount of clients to give personal attention yet have enough experience of what is happening on the day to day aspects of the real estate market.

Susan has been dedicated to working with buyers and sellers since 2016. She always goes above and beyond to understand her clients at a personal level, what they like to do for fun and what they are looking for in a community. She is the kind of person and realtor who will drive her clients to the airport or the dentist if an emergency arises and they have nobody else to turn to. It's speaks volumes that her clients turn to her in these times. They know they can trust her with just about anything. 

Susan enjoys spending time with her family  including husband Sunil and her sons Kai and Wes. She grew up in Connecticut but has called North Carolina home since 2012.
